Welcome to LivingMelody.com - I'm a singer, composer and producer, and I'm now happy to share these very alive melodies with all of you. You will be able to listen to all the songs and pieces as I write them, and I've also included all my past projects.
Feel free to listen to what you feel like, and don't hesitate to leave a comment if you have something to say, I'll be glad to hear from you.

This song starts off like quite a few of the other songs: things don't go too well. And it ends like quite a few of the other songs: it gets better. I guess that makes me predictible :) What's a bit more specific for this song however is that everything can turn around in an instant. There is no need to wait - it can change now. As the contemporary american philosopher Jon Bon Jovi rightly said: "you've got to keep the faith". Wise words (it must be the hair).
Even There

One day I woke up feeling like a pile of expired food (that is, not so good). As I awkwardly crept out of bed and attempted to make it throughout the day, I started to fantasize on how things would probably be better if I where somewhere in the Bahamas. Then it occured to me that it would probably not change anything (except maybe for the first 5 minutes, just for the exotic factor). The good news is, if we take the time to "deal with ourselves", then no matter what the surrounding or the situation, it's all good (really, it *is* all good). The songs starts slowly, but later it rocks out (always wait before rocking out, I hear).

I've been wanting to write an upbeat song for quite some time, and this one recently came quite easily (always a good sign). I love the 80s, so this is my 80s song (smile). You could say it's a love song, but really, most songs are love song anyway.

I used to try to be "clever" when writing lyrics, but now that I am actually singing these songs I have found myself using a much more candid approach. I think the lyrics for this particular song are fairly self explanatory, but in a nutshell, it's about asking for help when things are not so good, and being opened enough to receive it.
And Then You Came

This song started from a personal experience, when I had reached some sort of stability and was reasonably happy with where I was - or so I thought. Then I discovered there was much more to life than I thought - a lot more! As I wrote the lyrics it turned into more of a fiction about someone living in a seemingly perfect world, and discovering that his satisfaction about life was not so much real happiness as being "anesthetized".
