Even There

One day I woke up feeling like a pile of expired food (that is, not so good). As I awkwardly crept out of bed and attempted to make it throughout the day, I started to fantasize on how things would probably be better if I where somewhere in the Bahamas. Then it occured to me that it would probably not change anything (except maybe for the first 5 minutes, just for the exotic factor). The good news is, if we take the time to "deal with ourselves", then no matter what the surrounding or the situation, it's all good (really, it *is* all good). The songs starts slowly, but later it rocks out (always wait before rocking out, I hear).
Lyrics
Where holiness is found
Displaying only grace
And beauty all around
The trees are made of sun
The houses built of light
The wind carries sounds
Of laughter and smiles
But even there I know, I will cast a shadow
And even there, you see, I will find what’s inside me
Even there I’ll face the truth I don’t want to see
The air smells of roses
The water tastes of joy
No anger ever grows
No bitterness is ever found
The grass is warm and soft
The sky’s a golden crown
No one is ever lost
No one is feeling down
But even there I know, I will cast a shadow
And even there, you see, I will find what’s inside me
Even there I’ll face the truth I don’t want to see
Then one day I found all the strength I could
And opened up the box inside of me
To my surprise it shone like the sun
The most glorious light I’d ever seen
Now wherever I go, I’ll be light and shadow
Wherever I may be I’ll be what’s inside me
